Here is page 30 of a 43-page article by James J.D. Lynch, Jr., entitled "Overview Of The History And Development Of The Pennsylvania Railroad's Altoona Shops." It was published originally in the Autumn 1996 issue of "The Keystone" magazine, page 47. Bottom Photo: Shown here (R to L) are PRR engines #9614, an "AF" Class B-unit, a GM-EMD FP-7, as well as an "EF" Class B-unit. #9614 is an AF-16 built by the American Locomotive Company in May of 1951, rated at 1,600 horsepower, and retired in July of 1966 after just 15 years of revenue service.
