A rare vistor!         
A rare set of F units in New Haven paint sat in CSX and NS's interchange yard in Spartanburg for a week awaiting a trip to the Greenville area to be repainted in Santa Fe colors to be displayed at the Galveston Railroad Museum.

Tom Beckett General These two F's were used on the Shore Line East operation, which handles commuters between New Haven and New London CT. If I recall, they came from the PATCO operation in Pittsburgh, which ran the B&O from Pitt to Versailles PA. Connecticut DOT picked them up after that train quit. Good catch.
