Chione. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #8591, an AS-16M built by the American Locomotive Company in December of 1955 and rated at 1,600 horsepower. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded.

PRR 8591, AS-16M, 1964
Description:
Gallitzin. Here is an original photo that I took at the State Route 53 Bridge near Gallitzin, Pennsylvania, on 13 September 1964. Shown here (R to L) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #8591, #8823, and two more units whose road numbers are not recorded. All are AS-16M road switchers built by the American Locomotive Company and rated at 1,600 horsepower each. #8591 was built in October of 1955, but #8823 was built in November of 1951. They're pulling a 100-car eastbound coal train and are about to pass under the Bridge. The N-8 cabin car is #478034. Bringing-up the rear are three GM-EMD "pushers," headed by #9676.
